Anything we need to know about the famous Hobbit room?

The entry doorway is only about 3.5 feet high and the top of the pitched wooden ceiling is about 4 feet high. So, don’t plan on doing your “reach for the sky” stretches in there. Agile bodies on their hands and knees are required to navigate this room. However, the carpeting upstairs is cushy and especially in that room so that crawling is comfortable on the knees. It’s the favorite room of many of our guests - adults included!
